Returns Information

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, not from the order date. Contact our support team and we’ll organise the return. We cover return shipping and arrange collection using the original packaging where possible.

Our goal is to make exploring the outdoors and operating your watermaker as risk-free as possible. If you're not satisfied, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Eligibility

The 30-day guarantee applies to orders placed directly through LEDI. Purchases made through retailers follow the retailer’s own return policy.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

We do. LEDI covers the full cost of return freight. Our team will provide a prepaid label and organise pickup.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once the returned item arrives, we confirm that all components are included and check for damage. When verified, your refund is issued back to the same payment method used at purchase.

Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card or account for security reasons.

Warranty Information

Warranty Period

LEDI provides a 2-year warranty on all Scout watermakers and related systems, contingent on completing the free 12-month service. The service confirms system health, prevents long-term degradation, and unlocks coverage for the second year.

If a covered fault occurs within this period, we’ll repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs in a Warranty Claim

You won’t pay a cent for warranty shipping. If your unit needs to come back to us, we’ll supply a prepaid return label and organise the freight.

Where Warranty Repairs Are Conducted

All inspections, diagnostics, and repairs are handled directly by LEDI. Keeping everything in‑house allows us to maintain control over quality and turnaround time.

We don't use a third‑party repair network; dealing with us directly ensures faster resolution.

Warranty Repair Timeline

We aim for fast turnaround once the unit reaches our workshop. Most claims are completed within a few days of arrival.

The total process usually takes up to two weeks, depending on shipping time to and from LEDI. If you need things expedited, contact support and we’ll do everything practical to prioritise your case.
